Correct me if I am wrong but Joe Schmoe with no experience and no education can call himself a financial advisor.There is no governing body that administers the term 'financial planner' so I put litte weight into that title / profession, whether it is fee based / non-fee based.

Only one Kimberley Smith (note the spelling) licensed in NC, so I probably have the right one. "30-40 deals per month" would put you in the category of higher "closings" ("transactions" may be a better term) than any other broker in the triangle, so I suspect quite a bit of embellishment.

This is easy to see in earnings reports for credit card companies (that continue to blow out earnings, with travel as their lead category), hotel companies, and Airbnb itself.I think a lot of it is just going overseas now as international travel continues to strengthen.
