Good morning all, after alot of working overtime and long weekends I decided it's time to stop procrastinating and finally make a decision that will hopefully put me in a position to not have to spend long hours at work and more time with my family

I plan to see the property this weekend

Our standard is 24 hrs or less, not including weekends.

I work a typical 9-5 out of Manhattan so the time I have is limited to a little bit in the evenings and the weekends.

Depending how much you earn you can step up those savings by getting a side-hustle in any part of real estate....working for a top Real Estate office on weeknights and weekends, working for an RE Investor, working for a General Contractor and learning a few skills, etc.

Currently renting out this appartment on AirBnB when we're out during weekends / holidays, so getting my first experience as a landlord.. :-) I'm also actively looking to buy an (second) investment property in Belgium.

My family will get several weekends of usage out of it, but most of the time it will be used as a rental.Mortgages on second homes are a full two points better than an investment property.
