@Bob RooksJWB does have a good reputation, have been in business a long time, and are vertically integrated.  

I get bed bug complaints every week in summer, because people leave windows and doors open and mosquitos come in. 

Replacing windows went up about $100 each just to play by the rules.

If it looks abandoned I have been known to put my nose up to a window to peer into it to see what I can see.  

Again, journal entries will not show up in the Expenses window.

Tell tenant A that you need a window of time to inspect the apartment with only the furniture he is leaving (with the unit in move out ready condition).
