Your name is still on the original loan, even though your name may be off titlenow, so that should Not have helped your DTI.I always discourage people from doing shady, mtg fraud related actions,  it barring you stating you Will sell, or have already sold, I’d explore putting the title back like it was, and carry on.

The main reason being, they prefer to be where the action is, in urban areas close to the hottest juice bar or aqua-yoga studio.

Since you asked...Our focus for this winter/spring is a mixed use project...we bought a hotel built in 1870 through a purchase money mortgage...we're adding 3 high-end guest suites for a BnB, building in a 2BR apartment for stable cash flow, and opening a gallery for the local artist community...we have plans for a tap room or wine bar in the future at the same site as well...

I’ve seen some investors carry towel bars and an occasional door knob onto a job site now and then, but they typically just agree that a kitchen will cost “$X” and a bathroom will cost “$Y” and anything beyond those parameters must be discussed by all parties before purchase, etc.

In 2018, these "artists" can be replaced by millennial hipsters that open coffee shops, juice bars, and hot yoga studios in low income areas subsequently causing the area to get increasingly better over time.Has anyone else noticed this trend?
