just wiat it out.. three things will happenhomeowner saves it and enters into a loan mod and keeps it current. ( which is of course what we hope happens as we dont' want to see someone lose their home)can't re work the loan.. lender will set a foreclosure date as soon as they get a relief from stay.chapter 7 is a liquidation... and it will be liquidated by the trustee at fair market value.
