Walk through the property slowly pan through each room from one side to another and then walk along the walls aiming towards the middle as you walk to the next room.As you narrate your video, highlight the amenities of the unit that are not obvious from still photos (southern facing windows, street facing vs rear bedrooms, etc.) and sprinkle in information about the unit, building and neighborhood)Try to be concise as you begin to lose engagement after a couple minutes.

Do a routine inspection, check the plumbing under the sinks, check the drains for free flow, check for running toilets, check the base of the toilet for leaking flange seal, dripping faucets, change the furnace filter, inspect the attic for potential roof leaks, check the condensate pan under the HVAC, check the pan under the water heater.Common sources of smells are pets (especially cats), kids peeing somewhere other than the toilet, garbage/refuse not being properly disposed of, plumbing issues.

Flash in the pans like APRN or WAITR I stay away from, sometimes the gimmicks work out but long term you can't monopolize and scale something like food delivery in capitalism unless you invent the tech for the greatest drone ever.

Here it is:1 - Take three full leg/thighs of chicken, boil them in water to get most of the grease off.2 - Cover the bottom of a lasagna pan with white rice.3 - Place the chicken on the rice, and cover rice with water to the point of making the rice wet...not to float the rice4 - with the skin side down, bake for 90 minutes at 3505 - Turn chicken over and baste, then bake chicken for another 30 minutes, or until the skin is crispy6 - Serve...no wait...That's my wife's recipe for chicken and rice.

Look for a drip pan under it (like a cookie sheet ) If the pan is full empty it, if it's missing pick up a cookie sheet from the dollar store to use as a drip pan.
