I would consider trying to put baby powder in my hair to look like I had some gray so I looked older, but never pulled the trigger!

Arm & Hammer sells a product to remove pet odors - it's a powder that you sprinkle on the carpet and then vacuum off.

My suggestion with what little information I have and without knowing the exact lay out would be to add a "master bath" by converting a bedroom adjacent to the "master bedroom" into a bathroom and possibly even adding a powder room.

this would permit remaining roommates to add a 3rd if they choose to in the future with proper screening,, This would depend on if your left over roommates would qualify income wise with just 2 tenants.Otherwise sounds like a powder keg, and more than likely police calls will follow.
