Should I buy two properties at once?

Hello everyone,

Is it a good idea to buy 2 properties at once ? We’re just starting our portfolio and a good deal is so hard to come by. Both are under 130k each one and one is turn key but we would do some cosmetic work to fluff it up. They both are in area which is growing. So my question is should I buy both if we have capital? Any advice if we should hard money lend one that’s turnkey and put other one that’ll require rehab on a fix loan? Or should we only buy 1?
side note the one that’s turn key is a double wide but can’t even tell as it’s in a actual neighborhood 3br/2ba 125k / other is a 3br /1 ba 119k White House

thanks any input!

If you have the capital to purchase two properties and a solid plan to back it up, I would go for it. Just make sure you have plenty of reserves in the case of unexpected expenses. This could be risky though if you have no prior experience managing rental properties.
