I'm not really sure what I am allowed to say on here about his credit, so pardon me for being vague.Basically, vehicle was voluntary surrender, and it appears there was another vehicle on his report so maybe he didn't need it.

You need to get your current tenant to agree to surrender the property by the time the new one moves in otherwise you cannot let them move in until the current lease expiresYes you will have to refund the money back for the days the property is rented to the new tenant, you can't double dip....and that's only if the tenant agrees to it.
