This means your pricing on an FHA loan with an independent mortgage broker who has margins set to be competitive with non-FHA loans will be stellar (not because anyone's a nice guy/gal, the regulations force this... can't have X% margin on conventional and 3 times X% on FHA like banks and mortgage companies are allowed to do & almost always do actually do).

I will tell you that I am not normal...that said, if the deal is a real sweetheart, I will offer to pay not only the agents commissions but the closing costs as well...this is the easiest way to get everyone to the table quickly...but the deal must be stellar.
