Washington D.C. Wholesaler-Friendly Real Estate Attorneys

Hello All:

Just had my first Washington D.C. offer accepted — first offer ever, actually.

Feeling overwhelmed, though.

Does anyone have a stellar D.C. Real Estate Attorney they use and really like? I need one who really knows the wholesaler/investment side of things. Have met with some real estate attorneys and, after 30 minutes, realize they have NO IDEA what I'm doing or talking about. AND they have "real estate attorney" on the sign outside their front door.
