What's the one investment strategy you wish you'd known when you first started in real estate, and how has it shaped your journey?

About 3 months ago I downloaded my first audiobook, "Multi-family Millions" by Dave Lindahl, and started this journey.

My wife Kathleen and I are looking to begin our investment journey where we plan to settle in Georgia.

This is a 20-30 year journey, but I’m excited to take the first step and would appreciate any advice from this community.

My thought Scott since BP is basically the gold standard with their training courses and we know how popular wholesaling is for beginners and BP having a lot of those starting their journey when you have your training events and such you separate BP from on line Guru's that will just tell you wholesaling with no rules is legal in all states.. which its clearly not.

@Damon Albers hate to hear you've had a rough start in your real estate journey.

Just reading many of your statements if you don't change course this will be a rocky journey for you.

That is where the magic happens and where true connections that can enhance your journey are made.
