It's 81 percent of those that will do business with you will reply by the 5th Time but 81 percent of whatLet's say 1 percent If you send out 1000 mailers a month that's 5000 over 5 months and if 1 percent of the recipients will eventually respond then in 5 months that's 50 and 81 percent of that is 40.5 so over a period of 5 months you would receive 40 responses less in the beginning but more as time goes on.
