His garage door wouldn't open automatically because the dog had chewed the wires on the sensor (not my problem) he told me he would have it fixed.Outside vinyl siding needs a power-washing, and there were a few cracks or breaks where he had hit the side of the house with his ride-it mower.

So many times I would tour a home with a client at 8:30am, go to the office and do some prospecting, meet with my team over lunch, research new listings and follow up on phone calls all afternoon, then go home only to have the phone ring during dinner because an offer was coming in at 8:00pm, so race back to the office or property and negotiate a deal, which may or may not close!

However, if a determined tenant could display that you were charging them more rent for a duplicate property, for no justifiable business reason (rents went up after lease expiration, building taxes, etc), than another tenant, they could probably come up with a protected class reason that you were violating - race, age, family status, etc, and then you would be forced to use your "pain in the ***" logic in court to defend the differential.So I would say you should probably not proceed down that road, and if you do, I would probably delete this thread.

I think he used SF to mean single family.I also moved out of the rat race to Detroit glad I did it has been incredible.
