I feel like Im scaring prospects away.Have you considered using the free pre-application questionnaire instead of google forms though?

Do you go knock on the door pre-sale while driving around doing your property inspections?

A pre-qualification letter is not strong enough to get a deal these days. 

With buying a house hack - you quickly learn what ownership is, how to manage current tenants and pre-vet new tenants, how while you're owning the property - you're investing in yourself and not someone else's own property by just paying the landlord rent.What's fun about this game is it really does not matter how old you are when you're getting started.

I would also be weary of the alternative lenders who provided your pre approvals without the equity source lined up.

Here are the four things I order  1- BPO (150.00)2- home inspection (350.00)3- pre-lim (225.00 maybe free)4- appraisal. (500.00) That 1225 tells me everything I need to know and I’ll kick the deal at each stage if the numbers don’t perform.
