I find myself pondering my options - do I focus on my real estate career or do I use my real estate license as a means to find great flips or do I try to do both? 

Aaron Mazzrillo, I actually just recently found out that Fixer Jay lived in this area and had pondered how to get in touch with him.

closets.....women always look at them & ponder the space for the 300 pairs of shoes they need.so we strip them to barely full to make it look 'LARGER' & no clutter on the floor or shelving above.In the last SFH we added a large sealed cedar closet for the off season clothing in the basement.

So my the first questions I am pondering is1) Should I use my first loan / benefits on a 2-3plex or go straight with a flip and look to get a rental property later?
