Questions: Agent License in NH

Hey BP Fam. I've pondered this for over a decade and I'm 99% certain that I'm moving forward with taking the NH course this month and getting my license! My purpose/strategy is to use this to further my personal investing but I also feel as though I could probably serve the investor community as well becuase my expereince has been that the majority of agents do not understand the investor community, hence the guide for agents dealing with investors!

Short term strategy: get license, partner with the RIGHT type of broker that is investor / part time agent friendly, expand my network, sell some of my own properties and buy up into larger properties such as multi fams and commercial properties.

Long term strategy: become a broker and start my own property management company to manage my property as well as other clients.

I am going to interview 3 different brokers from my network to get their opinions and insight relative to my strategy and being an agent but I figured I would reach out to BP to see if anyone had insights as well.

My questions for this community and that I plan to ask my Broker contacts are:

1. What do I need to know, anything I should be considering before I even take the course?
2. Any special considerations specific to NH and being an agent in this state?
3. Any advice on choosing a broker? Questions I should be asking?
4. Any special considerations I should be thinking of becuase of my specific strategy, ie anything I should be aware of if my intent is to become my own broker some day, what about conflicts in trying to build my own brand with my investment company while still representing another brand in the form of my broker? Any issues with being a part time agent I should be aware of?
