And I'd definitely get that document into the hands of some good counsel for feedback on your options. 

Then we could get rid of that $150 renewal fee that involves sending a 1 page form email saying pick an option.

The other option is to find a partner with some experience and use that on the loan.

It was my only option because I had limited funds and wanted a better future than my day job alone was going to provide.

In a nice suburban neighborhood a large bathroom with a standalone tub can add a lot of value, but the addition of a second bathroom is also important.Do you have an option of making a slightly smaller master bathroom and having a half bath or smaller bathroom with shower stall in the other bedroom? 

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't a single-family home be a better option near Disney World, especially one with a pool, if it's affordable?
