I've seen wonders when I give someone $10 tip at a restaurant bar, of course, I often give the 10 first before they give me the menu and say "thanks for taking care of me today, this is not your tip, this is just an appreciation that you'll work for me for a feq mins today", always puts a smile on somebody's face.
