There will be food, music, goodie bags for the runners, 2-aid stations along the route along with an aid station at the start/finish line of the loop.The run itself benefits Kids Kickin' Cancer Soccer Club, which is a non-profit supporting kids battling childhood cancers.  

I realized a few years ago that becoming a player in the real estate world was my ticket to eventually spending most of my time playing music.

There's less places to play, because no one is willing to pay a cover charge; the places that still have music, a number of them have gone to DJs because they are cheaper; bad bands are willing to give away their (questionable) talents for free, undercutting everyone else's ability to play.
