Filling vacant spaces in your communities can be a huge pain!

I have been doing my own taxes my whole life (56 now) and have 5 rentals (don't want anymore) so i feel comfortable about 95% of the time when filling them out.  

These transactions don't included additional expenses the business incurs like meals, travel, dues, subscriptions, marketing, accounting, licenses, phone, internet, etc.

Currently, the CBC mandates a percentage of new dwelling units to be ADA compliant, but I wonder if these units are quickly filled or if there is excess in certain regions.

However, it may make it harder to fill the common equity piece as the more preferred equity there is, the less desirable the common equity becomes because of risk of loss.

I.e. for carpenters, knowing how many doors need installed, all trim installed, addition of quarter rounds AFTER floors are refinished, wood filling of all nail holes and caulking of all gaps in trim.Tile installers: installation of wonder board, with all seams taped and cemented.  

There's also a form you can fill out.If you're trying to buy it from the owner, that might be different. 

It is when you provide hotel-like services to your guests, such as daily maid service, meals or entertainment.

Zach Sikes I don't know anything about your market, but wanted to ask if you've filled out your keyword alerts yet?

Either way, you'll need ways to fill the gaps since STR and LTR management apps don't have all the features needed for MTRs.
