I will be working a job, so I plan on reinvesting everything back into acquiring more properties.My question might come across as vague, but that is because I have been spinning my wheels & am not sure what direction to go.I currently have only 15k, just got married, & need a place to live.

Purchase price: $300,000 Second primary residence that I bougght with my wife when we got married.

Now that I feel I have decent knowledge base I am excited to start meeting other investors and developing relationships to help take me to the next level.I am 31 years old, married with 2 small kids, and work as a Physical Therapist overseeing a clinic in the west suburbs of Chicago. 

In 2016 the seller got married and added his wife to the deed via survivorship deed but didn’t add her to the mortgage.

This sounded like bad business for me to be in after this i had to do more research and the guy that brought me to that event told me about brian meara i heard things about him he selling this hgh somaderm product another mlm crap that i also heard about going on around here that guy sounds like he bad for business too and i heard he messed around with a few women in his group while he was married such unacceptable behavior if you ask me.

Married to my wonderful wife for 16 years and we have two boys ages 13 and 15. 

He is not married has no kids.

I was tired of paying rent so I started looking for a foreclosure that I could fix up so my wife and I would have a home to live in when we got married.

We are wondering if we can put the loan in her name or if we need have both of us on the loan considering we are married?
