Every month your equity goes up. 2) you're getting hopefully a few hundred $$ each month in cash flow3) you're likely going to have appreciation over the years (though most investors here consider that just icing on the cake and don't plan for it)4) you've already increased the equity in the house after your renovations (as if it were a flip), but without the short-term tax consequences.

Matthew Wright Sellers Lawyer Steals Deal

I don't like to gloat over someone who is down, but the joy I get out of the $187.20 I've been getting every month from a tenant who took advantage, used the system to fight a lawful eviction, and lied is well worth the amount the attorney takes.YMMV, I've only had one eviction in the last decade and although we lost money and time, I do feel that we're getting some justice.

Hello everyone, I have a question, I am an small investor in Nevada and I am currently doing house hacking, my current roommates have been really good but now I have a problem my current roommate who rents my basement owes me 4 months of rent and I already asked her that she needs to pay me the rent or get out but she doesn't leave and doesn't pay me rent, she lost her job so I gave her a chance until she found another one and she did so I to her that she needed to give me half of her paycheck until she get caught up but something went wrong with her background check and she hasn't started working yet, her start date was 10/26 so last week I gave her a document from the Justice court saying that she needs to pay the rent due in 5 days or she needs to leave hoping that she would leave but the 5 days have gone by and she didn't pay me or left so I wanted to know what else can I do to get her out my house legally?
