2bedroom to rent or 2bedroom not to rent that is the question

What is the market for cash buyers  in 48911. The property that I'm considering is a two bedroom ranch that is turn key. Two bedrooms scare me but if I can create a scenario where it cash flows then it will be a solid cash flow investment.
