The general public and local politicians have little regard for protecting this once prestine natural ressource: the storm sewer overflow issue is without a solution in sight (passing a law to allow the municipal waste water plant to dump raw residential and light industrial sewage into the lake 6 times a year would be political suicide in Europe, just saying) and the DNR recommends to limit fish consumption to once per month, just to keep your mercury intake down a bit..

Hey so I’m interested in taking my for profit Construction company from public to private investing my my own properties and that of other I may partner with.

So, would the apartment building's electric intake would have to be upgraded by the Utility company?

When I was filling out the investment property intake form, it required me to fill all this stuff out (I wanted to leave it blank).

Tried selling/giving away the home but can’t find anyone interested in taking over, even tried to sign it over to the park and just give it to them, but they said they don’t do that. 

Reminds me of the risk in taking a long term approach to stock mutual fund investing late in life.
