HELP! Being evicted.
I currently own a mobile home in a trailer park, and recently moved else where. Tried selling/giving away the home but can’t find anyone interested in taking over, even tried to sign it over to the park and just give it to them, but they said they don’t do that. I’m still making payments on the lot rent and can’t afford to do so anymore. So my question is what happens if I just stop paying the lot rent on it? I physically can’t afford it any longer and don’t know what my other options are.
