This past weekend I was at a real estate seminar which I love going to both to learn from the instructor and meet other investors.

Were the instructors helpful and did you feel thoroughly prepared for the state exam afterwards?

Although I think he could still take me LOL..hes a ski instructor, works out at Golds Gym and is very active..regardless, hes I like your idea, plus hes using my pricy washer and dryer I just remembered! 

When I last took that training, the instructor said a single paint chip the size of a quarter was enough. 

We have such an aging, and overall shortage, of contractors, plumber's, electricians, etc I have thought about seeing if we could utilize one of our remodels and have trade school students work with instructors and contractors on a project?

A long, long time ago I was an Air Force survival instructor, and those skills (if they even still exist in me) will be needed with a collapse of the monetary system.
