With an expected increase in unemployment, and the significant increased and consumer goods and food, etc. more homeowners are continuing to struggle.

It's kinda like free food. 

They're on the low end of the food chain and you get what you pay for.

There's a good amount of downtime baked in too so that you can dive deeper with anyone you're really connecting with, or get some solo work time in to start implementing what you're learning.Side note: They always book huge, gorgeous houses, and there never any no shortage of fresh food & drinks. 

You need to get something out of this deal for the amount of risk you're considering taking on.Just some food for thought.

So I personally take valuations at a downturn part of the cycle with a grain of salt (similar to people who look at the stock market every day during a downturn and get super stressed out and then become tempted to sell at the worst time possible).

Our fast food, microwave, AI world demands instant results, yet, that's not what REI is about.  

Take it all with a grain of salt and doo your comparing.
