In this and other posts Thomas has expressed a preference for an L9 application but that just gets an order to pay back rent - it does not get you your property back.

This event is a good opportunity to speak you opinions and express to our elected officials what you think.   

I expressed my interests in what he was doing and he told me to check it out! 

When I expressed my concern to the old manager last week he said he deserved a chance to get filled.  

I would express the concerns not only around the liability, but unless you are willing and able to sell a foot of the property to him, you can potentially have major issues when trying to sell the property.

If they express concerns about being able to do it that quickly, they aren't for you.If you think the house would be good for your family I think it's worth looking into.

I just posted a question on how to get a license online and one site suggested to me was: Real Estate Express or check with your Real Estate Commission of Florida. 

I looked at a used stackable W/D set, 24" wide model, which will fit just right in the laundry closet, for $400 with delivery, or $525 with 1 year warranty.

(just expressing what I would do, not what I think you should do - it's your business) My goal would be get out of the situation as quickly and painlessly as possible and I would not sweat the financial impact very much.
