I do not see any relief in the future for this house and want to move forward with building a rental business.

Then you spend $1000 for a motion for relief and have to re open the FC and do it again...

Unfortunately, we were not able to get him any relief for that particular fine, but we did audit his entire portfolio and were able to prevent further fines that were lurking.  

We do not know if the Mortgage Forgiveness Debt Relief Act will be extended through 2017, but the "insolvent before and after" rule is still good law.  

If the Defendant fails to do so judgment by default will be taken against him/her for the relief demanded in the Complaint.

I just applied for the Service-members Civil Relief Act on my Lowe's account (via Synchrony) and they approved for a 0% Apr!

The owner of the property ended up taking care of it for us, so that was a relief, but i spent a whole day trying to deal with the review.  

However in this loan's case the "MFR" reference would be relating to a Motion for Relief of Stay.
