just wiat it out.. three things will happenhomeowner saves it and enters into a loan mod and keeps it current. ( which is of course what we hope happens as we dont' want to see someone lose their home)can't re work the loan.. lender will set a foreclosure date as soon as they get a relief from stay.chapter 7 is a liquidation... and it will be liquidated by the trustee at fair market value.

Unfortunately, we were not able to get him any relief for that particular fine, but we did audit his entire portfolio and were able to prevent further fines that were lurking.
