This is hardly worth the price of entry to us.As for rates, I'm no economist by trade and I don't remember if you are since we haven't spoken in a while... but the US treasury is in no position to raise rates to 6% or 7% until government debt is substantially reduced.

Zillowtalk - by Spencer Rascoff & Stan Humphries (CEO & Chief Economist at Zillow respectively)I saw this book recommended to me on Google Play and then saw it on Audible again so I got it, I was intrigued by the tagline: List your home after March Madness but before Masters Week. 

I was at a conference last month and the Chief economist at Fannie Mae is forecasting 1.7% GDP for next year so they don’t see a recession either.

Most of the economists I have been reading said that we are 18-24 months off if it even happens.

More and more economists are debating when or signs of next recession is hitting the US.

2019 ForecastI attended the Utah Board of Realtors Forecast breakfast on Friday where James Woods, a U of U economist spoke on the fundamentals of the Salt Lake Market.  

In my reading I came across the best summation of the rent control debacle ....Swedish economist Assar Lindbeck once wrote, “In many cases, rent control appears to be the most efficient technique presently known to destroy a city — except for bombing.”
