Invest or Not to Invest? (Recession)

Hi All, 

I've been getting ready and looking to purchase my first multi family home (3 fam) in the next few months. Time and time again though I have been hearing that it's best for me to save my money now and wait til the "recession" happens. A lot of talk has been going around that we're looking at one in the next 12-18 months and I wanted to get your guys feedback on this.

You will never be able to time the market. Some people wait hoping for a drop and find themselves missing out. Dont wait and hope...find a good deal now and act.
