I’m new to investing so I’ve spent a lot of time trying to learn how to have consistent growth to support my retirement one day in the distant future.

Very turn-key and I live outside the USA now, so he was a great resource for a distant investor like me.  

After learning the fundamentals in the hardest (yet most effective) way possible, I am wholesaling for now and plan to get back into flipping and finally buy/hold (hopefully in the not too distant future). 

& can get very expensive.The several we have done in the distant past were in fact empty & I had a couple of maintenance guys that did get in to review the damages.

I got much better at rental property analysis and pulling comps, talking to local RE-related pros, how to start learning about new distant areas, and many more.

I plan on working in my own backyard (NYC) but I am confident enough to work with others in distant markets since I plan on investing in NY, MA, Florida, and PA.
