Bruce... 55 yrs old, just got his kids out of the house, Good job, good wife, out of nowhere had a massive stroke, never woke up and died 5 days later. .......When I was 28, in 1988, my wife was 26 and we had a 3 year old daughter, good job, new home, new cars, life was amazing, and bam, my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer.

I bought a house Subject to the existing financing from a guy on 6/18/15 his wife called me tonight 12/17/15 saying she is going to get the property back and sell it and her husband was diagnose with altimezers a week ago and may have had it for some time and remembers nothing now and she will sell the house and keep all the money.
