Their costs are appreciably low and Oscar is a delight to communicate with, which is appreciated here.I have recently done some small work with Essential Construction and, while I do enjoy Kyle as an operator, I can't speak to their overall quality yet due to my limited scope with them.

If you've ever had to rely on Zillow's 'find an agent' you'd understand the delight in finding something like this.

In this case, the property ownership transfers and the seller becomes the "bank" and holds a mortgage but is not otherwise tied to the property. ie, if the roof caves in a week later, it's not the seller's problem, it's the buyer's problem.

I also want respectable roommates who are easy to live with.What would you "cave" on if renting out rooms in your own house?

They came in with an excavator and put a concrete breaking bit on it to break it up into large rubble and to cave in the walls.

If they cave on that how many other things will they cave on where they should have fought for your best interests??

I'm leaning towards taking a mortgage and have the tenant pay down my mortgage and use the remaining capital I have to invest into other properties.I'm delighted to hear that Co-Op had work out for you.

You could just install a urinal and make it a "man cave".
