Created a list using the following criteria:Geography: Counties of interestProperty: SFR'sEquity: 100%Market Sold Date: Last 6 monthsNon Occupied Owners: In and out of stateI've bought these list and now will research them to send out direct mail to solicit their interest in my wholesale properties.Any suggestions on improving this technique?
