On the Cape I can see 2 possible scenarios, 1) Have a similar ban because they don't want to have vacation rentals in their complex or 2) No such restriction since so many people might want to do that.  

But I wouldnt ban anyone w/ Jack Russell just bc I got bit by one.Sorry for the novel- but thanks for clearing up the pit bull part.

Every one I've examined has banned bandit signs. 

. - The main reason people avoid town homes is because of the HOA - they can limit the number of years you can rent it or ban it altogether.  

I got banned a few days for welcoming New Members but I must've been doing something wrong trying to connect with new members.

Perhaps I'll be modifying our smoking policy to ban it.

Often this is enough incentive for them to be pretty good tenants, because once they are kicked off the program they are permanently banned.

With that assumption, you are banned from using something that your place was built to accommodate????
