On the Cape I can see 2 possible scenarios, 1) Have a similar ban because they don't want to have vacation rentals in their complex or 2) No such restriction since so many people might want to do that.

Often this is enough incentive for them to be pretty good tenants, because once they are kicked off the program they are permanently banned.
