It is also worth noting that PHAs undertake Rent Reasonableness studies (link to PDF), which "ensure that rents charged by owners to Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program participants are reasonable.

Since it was a rental property for 14 months, it will need:- Schedule E- Form 4797- Schedule DYou should not need to study the IRS instructions though.

I no longer hold my RE license, though I'm studying for my KS license.  

But, you don't have to be my age to study the negative effects of rent control, eviction moratoriums, forced section 8, etc..
