I was told that Fannie/Freddy recently changed their rules and they DO NOT give loans on investment properties to US citizens that reside out of the US.

It’s almost like we have two classes of citizens.

I'm a US citizen but live in Canada so I'm learning about areas and markets to invest... of course, ideally I'm looking for multifamily. 

My first investment property is in the Meadow Village of Big Sky (where most of the local citizens live).

We (landlords/investors) should not be playing a part of relief for people (citizens).

Stay at home recommendations in Wyoming are helping but probably not doing super great because there are a lot of our citizens that aren't taking this seriously.

In order to help the citizens during this trying time, many communities are halting evictions.
