Hello, I'm interested too hear opinions on which are the best markets for new investors. I'm looking for houses around or under $100000.. I'm a US citizen but live in Canada so I'm learning about areas and markets to invest... of course, ideally I'm looking for multifamily.

I'm interested in Canada, but I'm not so confident this housing market will hold up to so many pressures our economy is facing. The Price of oil, declining cad, massive personal debt levels , insane housing prices etc etc... So I'm focusing in the States... Ohio type markets... Until the foreseeable future.

I am seeing a lot of opportunities here in Columbus, Ohio. I am ready to buy as much as I can
