The way I use the "Cash for Keys" scheme is like the carrot and the stick.I start the eviction wheels rolling with the official '10 day pay or quit' notice (don't know how your area works), and I also offer them X amount of dollars IF THEY LEAVE by an earlier date, and leave the place BROOM CLEAN.
