Squatters on my property - How to get rid of them?
I just found this forum; hope someone can advise regarding this issue:
I recently acquired a property through a foreclosure.
The previous tenant does not have a lease, and has not been paying anyone rent for months.
I would like the tenant out so that I can rehab the property.
How can I get them to leave ASAP?
Is it advisable to offer them cash?
The property is in Baltimore, MD.
