How serious are you about online marketing? 

I am looking to rent a place, it seems nice except three thingsthey are ranch style apartments. they have a gate in front of the main entrance, and you're responsible for the door if anything happens to it. for some reason they won't fix it. it actually looks like this but a wooden door in front of the main doorif i take the door down, how concerned should I be about people stealing stuff. if i had a lawn mower or something, they would have to come in the opening and take stuffi saw a report online about some guy that was looking in someones windows at the complex across the street. i dont know how long ago it was. i was looking online again but coudlnt find it. the one im staying at seems fine, how concerned should I be able the ones across from me?

It then provides an online rental application, ability to collect payment, and run credit & background checks. 

@Jacob Lewis, Hello, this sounds like something to arrange with a probate lawyer and is handled through the Clerk's Office so it would be online.

Hi guys, I made my first offer on a duplex for 102k, expected rent is 1300 total.

Currently, I have about 22 years left of paying $1234/ month which comes out to paying a total of roughly $330k total for my $170k in loans.But my thought process is along these lines.

Just go online.  

I too asked that of a local agent that is part of a RE investment group I belong to and she was great at getting me some information and discussing the very same thing.What she mentioned about the schooling was it works for some just to do the online but others need/want that classroom atmosphere to get answers quickly.
