What should I expect mentally with this drastic shift and how should I leverage this opportunity in the best way? 

From what I've been reading and what I've heard in speaking with people about trends and shifts in millennials and gen z, there is a strong belief that multifamily properties will become even more sought out as the younger generation is starting to shy away from the traditional house in the suburbs lifestyle. 

I work night shift from 11pm to 7am, I typically sleep from about 2pm to 9:30pm, and the course would take place at 6pm-10pm, I'd be willing to shift my sleeping schedule in order to obtain my goals but it's not something that I'd be super enthusiastic about since I've attempted to sleep right after work is over and it hasn't gone over well before.

I'm not sure why, but those conversations always shift to how wholesalers are breaking the law and generally immoral people.
