I was wondering what are the FHA Inspection red flags in Chicago that may cause a deal to fall through?

I hired a surveyor to do what is called a Zone Lot Amendment in Denver, CO.

(our projects have all been internal)10: These models can be goosed or modified or enhanced by qualified opportunity zone funds (deferring capital tax until 2026/7. 11: We are only doing 3 story- easy to build, woody walkups- Nice apartments- (Quartz, stainless, nice kitchen bathroom)- These are so easy to build vs the luxury, podium, 5/2 style.  

The old industrial zone of Airport/Springdale in Austin, TX has been underdeveloped for quite some time.

I can see where it would be daunting for a new person to reach out and contact owners one off and I suspect there would be a 6 out of 10 rejection rate just based on the concept being outside of most peoples comfort zone.

Hello BP,I came across a property that is zoned as a Single Family Residential, but the seller claims that it's a Duplex since it's a 2 unit (1 up, 1 down).

I'm waiting to hear back from the County Zoning Department to gather more info on potential uses and confirm that it is SFH ready but in the meantime, I'm wondering if anyone has advice on the following: 1) Should I be concerned about the existing trailer and barn (and possible need to remove those?) 

Also because this home is in a flood zone your insurance premiums may be quite a bit higher as well.

Granted, that's the nature of my occupation as a handyman, but still, it would take a LOT to get me away from her if I were still teaching, for instance.So if on top of that he's burning his income on a nice place for hisself instead of something small and tight and cheap so more money goes home to his wife and/or children, that would be a red flag for me.
