BP is a fantastic forum, where you can pick people's brain.

Ask questions on the forums as you have them.I'd suggest you pick one of the areas you mention (wholesaling, flipping, rentals) and study up.  

I was thinking to do the same that you said in the first two options but I wasn't sure it was right to do, but now that you suggested it too I feel more certain to pick one of then to rent the 4 appts.

Most REO type auctions require seller confirmation which most of the time means a hidden reserve is waiting there.Last one i bought I picked up for a song, but it took them 21 days or so to let me know that I did win it.

Of course, also use rents on the conservative end and I would want to know in MI if the units are individually metered on heat (like my fourplex) or if I picked up the tab for heat for each unit.
