You need to highlight your experience and expertise in whatever field you have acquired it along with your partners/team members.You only get one chance to make a good impression so you need to be polished, professional and confident.If so not have any experience at all your need to join forces with an experienced organization and use their credibility but you still need to be educated on the space.

Having grown up in NYC and knowing friends in the area that still own brownstones they tend to fetch far more.

It also makes sense for me to organize the various companies in this manner. 

The city seems pretty well organized from my casual observations.

Both have their place and are great organizations to meet people and grow together.

I’m just curious about what you all look for when driving for dollars and if there’s anything specific I should be looking for besides over grown yards and boarded up windows.
