I am almost finished listening to Oren Klaff, Pitch Anything, and it has opened me up to a completely different perspective of Pitch Decks.

This industry is no different.But the investments you make in yourself, skillset and real estate can be the difference maker in surviving this industry as an agent. 

Or, my favorite, "crushing it".Everyone has different definitions of "crushing it" and "doing great".

  @ Mike Reynolds, I know that I operate in a different way than most people who wholesale in this regard, but my integrity is important to me and I believe in karma.

But that was a different time.  

Also seen the opposite where decent lot, decent price, looked clean, but when I got there must have been $100,000 in cleanup needed with all kind of trash and junk on that lot.I've never been to Harris county auction, but from what I understand they have multiple auctions and maybe even different locations depending on the precinct, so know where to go if you can.At one time there was a lady that would offer orientations at Harris county maybe 1 hour before the auction starts.When you are ready to bid, know how to pay.
