I agree there's some risk, but since the investors own the property 100% (no mortgage on the property), the risk is very limited.Based on their latest update, they have started with land development and are selling 1 acre lots to investors.I believe, with investors moving out from stock market, the ultra rich can easily gobble up these acre lots.
