BP Newbie in the Hill Country of Central Texas

I joined BP last week and have been navigating the website to get familiar with all it has to offer.  I'm impressed with what I've seen so far and I'm excited about all the possibilities it may bring.

A little about my self: I'm fairly new to REI. Building my Cash Buyers List to move my latest property here in Round Rock Texas. Hoping this network will help with matching my Wholesale deals and provide additional training, support and ideas.

As far as my REI experience: I'm just breaking into the Real Estate Investment business after 30 years in the Computer High Tech Industry. The last 15 years centered around Project Management & Implementation. I'm absorbing as much information as I can on Wholesaling, Reverse Wholesaling, Co-Wholesaling, Micro-Wholesaling, Rehabbing, Fixing & Flipping, Buy & Hold, etc. At the same time building my Buyers List and looking for properties. Allot to do over the last 3 months. Still learning and looking forward to landing and closing my first deal.

As far as my REI goals: My main goal is to get comfortable with Wholesaling, build my War Chest ($$$) to support moving into the next phase which will be Rehabbing/Fix&Flip activity. Eventually, adding Buy & Hold for residual income and retirement (although I'm thinking I'll do this for the next few decades!)
